Refund policy

At Sip N Color Collective, we want you to enjoy your products and experiences. Our return and refund policies vary depending on whether you purchase a physical product, an event ticket, or a membership.

Physical Products

We accept returns of eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging when applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent incorrectly.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items may include used or personalized products, digital products, downloadable coloring pages, and other items identified as final sale at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Event Tickets

Event tickets are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

If you are unable to attend an event, please contact Sip N Color Collective before the event to ask about available options. Any transfer, credit, or refund is subject to the terms listed for that particular event.

Event cancellations or changes made by Sip N Color Collective will be handled according to the terms communicated for the affected event.

Unlimited Monthly Pass

The Sip N Color Unlimited Monthly Pass is a recurring membership and is subject to its separate cancellation terms.

Cancelling your membership stops future recurring charges but does not automatically create a refund for a membership period that has already been paid.

Membership benefits remain available through the end of the applicable paid membership period unless otherwise stated.

Digital Products

Digital products, downloadable coloring pages, and other digital content are generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
