Cancellation policy

Effective Date: October 13, 2026

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to recurring subscriptions, memberships, and other purchase options offered by Grant Group Capital Corp DBA Sip N Color Collective through the Sip N Color Collective online store.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND MEMBERSHIPS

Sip N Color Collective may offer recurring memberships and subscription-based Services, including the Sip N Color Unlimited Monthly Pass.

When you purchase a recurring Membership, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method according to the billing frequency displayed at checkout.

Sip N Color Unlimited Monthly Pass

The Sip N Color Unlimited Monthly Pass is a recurring monthly Membership that provides access to eligible Sip N Color Collective Events.

The Membership automatically renews each month unless you cancel it before your next scheduled renewal.

Your Membership fee is charged at the beginning of each billing period according to the price displayed at the time of purchase or the applicable renewal price communicated to you.

Membership benefits are available during the applicable paid Membership period.

CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

You may cancel your Membership at any time through the subscription management options provided with your order or Membership account.

If you cancel after a billing period has already begun, your Membership will generally remain active through the end of that paid billing period unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. It does not automatically provide a refund for a Membership period that has already been billed or partially used.

EVENT RESERVATIONS AND MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

A Membership provides access to eligible Sip N Color Collective Events but does not guarantee admission to a particular Event.

Events may have limited capacity and may require advance registration.

Members are responsible for reserving their place at eligible Events according to the instructions provided by Sip N Color Collective.

Cancellation of a Membership does not automatically cancel Event reservations that were already made. Event reservations remain subject to the cancellation and refund terms applicable to the specific Event.

MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERS

Memberships are intended for the individual who purchased the Membership.

Memberships may not be sold, transferred, shared, or assigned to another person unless expressly authorized by Sip N Color Collective.

PRICE CHANGES

We may change Membership pricing in the future.

If a price change affects a recurring Membership, we will provide notice when required by applicable law and will provide any applicable cancellation options.

REFUNDS

Membership cancellation and refunds are separate matters.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically create a refund for previous charges.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Return and Refund Policy, applicable Event terms, and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

PRE-ORDERS

If Sip N Color Collective offers pre-orders for physical products, the specific pre-order listing will identify the applicable payment, fulfillment, cancellation, and refund terms.

Pre-orders are not recurring Memberships and are governed by the terms presented for the applicable product.
